Over time, Bayer Animal Health had generated and developed a range of consumer-facing websites, each with an accompanying vet site to house more technical and product-specific data. Each vet site required registration and / or a login to protect the consumer from viewing content directed at vet professionals. Some of this has strict legal guidelines. Due to the mix of brands and styles, the overall presentation from Bayer had become diluted, confusing and difficult to access. Bayer also had an online ordering system that was old and dysfunctional. The Bayer Vet Centre – an amalgamation of websites and resources onto one platform. The concept behind the Bayer Vet Centre is simple: a functional and accessible tool that provides knowledge and information to grow and develop animal health businesses.
